I dont know the exact date this pic was taken on Mt Ellinor, but it was my first post back in 2006. It was probable from my very first climb back in '05

First time around in 2008: Photo taken in August of 2008, Mt. Belknap, Tushar Range, Utah.

Second time around last year: Photo taken June of 2009. Wheeler Peak, Nevada.

Not sure - the history says it's a picture from Monte Vioz towards San Mateo and Tresoro

but I have a suspicion it was this one which I reposted years later after I had found out how to deal with scans from negatives. I was mighty proud of the picture back in the day...

My first one. Also my first photo of the week - back in the old days of version 1.

I don't think I can post one of mine here, since I am deleting and uploading again all of them for the past 11 months...
Too much work but it needs to be done to update all mountain pages, trip reports, articles, bla bla bla...
The very first image was deleted a couple years ago and it was from oct 1st, 2008.

Well, the oldest one right now already with the new WM (long story, image theft...), is this one:

Quite a recent one. Cheers!

Fun thread!

My first was a 35mm image, digitally reproduced.

Mount Garfield, near Grand Junction, Colorado. I have never liked the framing/composition of the photo, but I was trying to cut out some unsightliness in that would have been in the foreground. The plus is that I got the neat clouds in there.

Everybody on here (should) know how much fun I like to have ..

In the beginning, it was kind of HARD because I was taking things more seriously than they should be ... my bad!

You were talkin' 'bout the Beginning ?

A true NOOB when I posted my first pic...a friggin' sign! I would learn later the disdain many members have for posting trail signs on SP. This one actually was/is helpful. Even this year I believe the trail to the cliff tops of the Chimneys is closed for restoration.

My second posted pic was much prettier...
