If anyone was planning a trip to Mt. Mcloughlin this month, I'm going to be down there sometime between the 24-26th. Plan is to drive down in the evening and camp out. Hit the trail in the morning and head home by the afternoon. If anyone is going to be down that way the same time, let me know, I'm going solo.

Actually, I'm visiting some friends in Klamath that weekend. In reality it is unlikely I will be able to match up times. But I will see. We have Saturday during the day to get our bromance on, as she is taking their son to a baby shower. That means we will be mountain biking at Lake of the Woods, if not McLoughlin, or something else. At the least, there is a possibility we will at least run into each other.

Once I know for sure when I'm going, I'll let everyone know. Between school and volunteer EMS, my life is subject to change with little notice....

That sounds like my life... I tend to go climbing on spur of moment... if nothing gets in my way.

Pack is loaded up, short of food and water, for at least an overnighter. Weather looks good, I have gas money (for now), so I'm hoping to get down there. Might end up taking off Thursday afternoon after class instead, and possibly staying another day. We'll see in a few days what I end up doing.

I have to watch grandkids his weekend... I can't go. Go as a free man!

Due to fires nearby Shasta I have to postpone my trip, including McLoughlin. Perhaps I’ll do it in a couple of weeks.

Josh is pretty up for it. Probably be on trail at 8-9am or so, is my guess. I'll keep my eye out for it. Depends how early Rose lets us leave, lol.

Sore, but made it up in under 6 hours. Not bad for an out of shape ex-smoker.

Yeah I had fun on that trip. Nice and easy-going. It was the first time I really packed 'light' for once.
