Hi,

I was wondering if someone could provide some up-to-date information about the climbing conditions of Matterhorn? I am travelling to Switzerland this coming weekend, and am aiming to climb Matterhorn around Thursday or Friday next week (guided climb).

Yeah we have a good guide lined up, but I was just anxious to get some intel

I am in the region at this moment and we called to the hornlihutte and right now the matterhorn is full of snow and not accesable according to the hut gardien, maybe on saturday.

Unfortunately my conditioning proved less than ideal at Breithorn, so I had to pass Matterhorn, but my friends successfully summited Matterhorn today. I think the guides managed to clear the path to the top from Hörnli during yesterday.
