Good Grief. Afzal asks a simple question about a glitch in his pm box and it morfs into a Beatles video in no time. I suppose if he plays the Get Back vid it will turn back the digit on his pm box. Ingenious guys!!

Uhhh... yeah. I had to bring out some conversation as well as the other folks in this thread. This in turn boosted it up in the forums list making it more likely for the elves to see. :)

It's a bug, Afzal. We have the same issue with the "Elf Inbox" which now shows 5 unread PMs as its baseline.

I had the same problem last year, 2011. I did everything the Elves suggested to no avail. But, when I signed in 2012 the one PM was cleared up.
I suggest waiting till 2013 to see if things change for your Inbox.
