Found and posted a log of my fourteen Katahdin climbs. Hope this will help trip planners assess potential summit weather conditions. Fond memories!

Fourteen! Damn. I've only climbed it once. Do you ever miss living in New England?

I certainly miss the wilderness and our friends up that way. Don't miss the long winters, mud season, black flies, and a less than healthy economy.

I have a lot of relatives who still live in Maine. I do recall hearing my uncle tell me of watching the slow erosion of the traditional job base...things like shoe factories and canneries closing up.

I created a page for Iron Hill in Delaware. Why, you may ask? I realized that the Ebright Azimuth was Delaware's only submission on SummitPost. It's got to be in the contest for the most boring state highpoint. We do have some nice hills. Figured it was time to highlight one. Happy New Year!
