A cracking winter climb in Ireland

by mallowman » Sat Mar 16, 2013 10:22 pm

Here is a link to my blog and an account of a climb we did on Carrauntoohil in Kerry Ireland last Wednesday. Winter conditions are fleeting at best so it was great to get this done. I hope you enjoy. http://howlingmist.blogspot.ie/2013/03/ ... inter.html

Sounds like a fun climb to me. I've hiked a bit in the Twelve Bens and the scenery was spectacular - I can imagine that the rare opportunity to do an Irish peak in full conditions would be a great experience. Thanks for sharing!
