I'm sorry I did not see your post earlier as I am on the board of SMGA and live most of the time in Grindelwald.

When I was looking for a guide for a group of Boy Scouts on Wildstrubel (Switzerland), Gordon Janow with Alpine Ascents recommended I reach out to Alan Kimber with West Coast Mountain Guides in Scotland. Alan provided a pair of guides (British and Scottish) that performed brilliantly in the face of some challenging group dynamics. I highly recommend these folks.
