After living almost my whole life in New England, I'm going to be a Coloradan beginning this August! My fiancee is starting a Ph.D. program at CU Boulder in September, and I'll be looking for work (it's pretty awesome when you have a reason like THAT to move out to a place like Boulder ). Anyway...I have yet to grasp exactly what it means to be living within such short range of one of the premier mountain playgrounds in the country, but in the meantime, and particularly during my initial period of "funemployment" as I try to find work, I'd welcome any suggestions such as must-dos, bewares, or other general words of wisdom that you might think of directing towards a newcomer.
Thanks in advance, and can't wait to be out there!
