Agreed.
As long as you work hard in the gym/outdoors, try to eat OK, and not snack on a bunch of crap you can get in great shape. I think obsessing about optimizing meal frequency and other things that may or may not improve your efficiency by .0001% isn't worth the time or effort. Just go bust your ass.
