What a horrible video. It would probably have been even worse if I had had the sound on.

Yeah, it was worse with the sound on. But now I see what I've been doing wrong -- I should get a frilly red bra to hike in.

Don't be tough critics. When I've showered in this manner, I have apparently forgotten to swing my head of hair backwards, then wring it out in slow motion. This might explain why my hair gets all frizzy with split ends and itchiness. I wish I'd known of this technique ages ago.

You can use a camelbak bladder as a bidet, or to irrigate your sinuses.
