Perhaps, but there is only that pic, no link or anything else. Can just as well be a legit new member who happens to have another interest, job or business.

The username however affects their legitimacy in my opinion. While it doesn't use a link, the username is the name of their company hence attempting to use a medium for building an audience from here. When I typed it up on Google, SP was one of the first results!
