Hoping some folks can chime in with current conditions in Jefferson, Three Sisters, and/or Thielsen Wildnerness areas.

TIA

Did Middle Sister this past weekend via Pole Creek TH on an up and over via SE ridge then down the North ridge so saw a lot of the 3 Sis area. Lots of snow up there and windy. Snow started about 6000 feet, we camped at 7000 feet with no running water, had to melt/filter snow. Jefferson looked very snowy still as well and some friends who were looking to do Jeff Park Glacier route this weekend were wondering if it was melted out enough. PM Karl Helser on Jeff as he may know more. Still some patches on 3FJ and Washington, they didn't look like straight rock climbs yet. North side of Thielsen looked snowfree from where we were but that's a ways away from Middle Sis and I didn't have my glasses on so don't necessarily take that as gold. :-) Lots of snow on B Top but they should have opened the road to Devils Lake TH this past weekend I think. Just expect slushy snow approaches from 6000 feet up.

Good beta, thanks. Looking at a solo sisters traverse (1 day) in June or July. A lot will change before then I know. Anyone else looking to do this? Not opposed to a partner(s)

Similar observations to Brian's. Summer conditions below 6,000, but very winterish above 8,500.
