My suspicion is that the hardest to ski, not so much for the steepness, but rather the rarity of ideal snow conditions is Middle Pal. Dan and Nate's 2nd edition is something you should pick up when you can, it's full of great beta. I've boarded 3 of them so far, not sure how many more I'll try to tackle.
