I'm planning on doing the 3 passes trek with the ascend on Lobuche East during April 2015.
Note that I am not planning on heading to EBC or Kala Pattar since I have been there already.

I did island peak climbing last October and planning to do lobuche also.
i did with sherpa guide and pay $ 700 for organised climbing. i did trekking myself.
i think it is best way. tell me your experience it is easy me to do lobuche peak.

we are a small group of four and will do Lobuche East and Island Peak via the 3 Passes. We have a IFMGA/UIAGM certified guide at hand as well as sherpa team, cook, tents, group equipment, etc. If you are interested the whole 22 days are 2700$ incl. all permits, domestic flights, etc.
