Is the Blue Lake Parking open for cars.... sleeping? or is it still parking on the hwy? Approach info to notch? Thanks.

Just got back from trying Liberty Bell today, but it was not to be. Off and on rain during our approach to gully leading to notch for Beckey route. Too wet for us. Parking lot at Blue Lake Trail is completely melted out, several others were spending the night as we did. No snow on approach to tree line, but may be some still in gully to start of route. Did not get that far, melting fast what we did see. Never had a Goat stick his tongue out at me??? Even goats have attitude now days.
