I'm haunted by Kearsarge. There's some reason I have to go there. I think after the first of the year, in the snow. Research has already begun.

The Indians get in touch with Nature when they head for the hills, on "Vision Quest".
Well what was my little dream, if not the same kind of sign?
I gotta say, I thought it was important, at the time!

Uhh, Martha, who's getting "older"?

We all are, m'dear, we all are. Just some of us started out a little earlier than others.

Vision Quests are wonderful rites of passage - a chance through Nature to get in touch with one's self. If you didn't intend to have one on your mountain I'd say you took that direction anyway. Pretty powerful stuff, a sort of living dream.

Yes.

Here's another version of "Dream". Not mine, but it's appropriate...

I can't believe anyone dreams about something other than work. I'm going to start invoicing for my dreams.

Anyway, I was involved in a search and body recovery where the victim's fiance had dreamt of the accident. It was not an especially risky outing, so he went anyway.
