I did this traverse(twice) on Saturday, as I went LH-Adams-Fluted-Horn. The steps don't necessarily jump out at you, although a few of them did require some class 4-low 5 movement. One of the more difficult moves IIRC is actually just a few feet south of the Fluted/Adams saddle. All difficulties were passed on the west side. When I ascended Adams, I stayed low (west) but on the return I found it easier to stay on the ridge for nearly 100%.
