TOPO does underestimate distances, but not usually by that much

Yea, what gives, Sihler invited you. :(

We intend to attend the Challenge for a couple of days. We are too pussy to do big day after big day.

We got the distance by adding up the waypoint miles on our map. Pulled it out around Shadow Lake, and had a collective "Oh, shit!" moment.

This is what you missed out on. Nothing like some girl on girl minaret action during Ramadan:

What's harder? Getting to 2nd base with Daria, or escaping the moderation queue purgatory, lol?

Clearly, there is something more interesting happening on the other minaret.

Are you guise done???

You guys celebrate a summit differently than I do. The end.

It's just the sort of thing that might help advance the sport of mountaineering to the next level.

Oh it looks like something is going to another level alright. Not sure if that celebration would help you catch your breath though.

This subject deserves its own thread.

Hmmm, could it be? Am I starting to have feelings for Daria? I just texted her with a lame excuse, after all.

But I cannot pull off the proper Daria courtship rituals. I would probably break my foot trying to kick in her cabin door.

Speaking of injury, apparently poor Bob got a gnarly cut on his wrist yesterday. :(

Anyway, thread needs moar Daria and Bob. Nonchalant Bob is nonchalant.

Something more on topic:

Sihler told me to post that after climbing Clyde, it would stand to reason that someone might want a shower in Mammoth Lakes.

My husband and I tried getting a hotel room late that night, but failed. Shit sucked.

Thanks to Daria, Toxo and Bob for proving that despite all the trash talk, some SPers still actually use this website to get out and climb with each other. :)
