Chris, in National park you can't camp. Yes for emergency reasons, but you can't stay below let's say Triglav north wall for more days. Perhaps on some more remote places if you'd hide your tent. But there are many camping places in main valleys, so coming with a car it's not a problem to be under the wall in an hour. And there are mountain huts and free bivouacs.
I don't know what kind of climbing you're really looking for. Popular high walls are not so lonesome as you might think. But they are not crowded as in Dolomites, for example. There are also wild areas where you will not meet anyone. But are they worth a hard climb? But if you're coming regularly in Alps, yes, why not trying Julian Alps!
