I posted this thread over on Supertopo and got some good beta but wanted to see if any SPer's have info/beta on the Sonora Pass - Table Mountain area? I can't seem to find a SP Page on it? Is there not one? anyone heard of this area or climbed there before? is there a SP page under another name?

Outside of Jamestown, just before Sonora

Ahhh... I always wondered what that peak (well, ridge rather) was called. No, there isn't a SP page on it- closest page is 35 miles away. Is it supposed to have good climbing? If so you should submit one.

If you've heard from the man who used to post lots of interesting stuff on here prior to leaving and sticking to Supertopo, you may have heard the extent of what was on SP about Table Mountain and the grotto. I think I recall a thread with some pics of said man and his daughters there, but that was awhile ago.

Thx all for the replys. Yes there's supposed to be great climbing here and it's 1hour closer than the valley AND only 1hour door to wall from my house. I'm going to check it out this weekend. I've been able to gather a lot of good beta so perhaps I will make a an area. If I do, I"ll post here.
