On a recent ski trip, my buddy loaned me "Wild" and I read half of it. The PCT or HST would be too long but I think I would like the JMT. These reinforce that.

That was one part of the trail she bypassed due to heavy snow. She went up and started near Truckee, if I remember. She missed the best part IMO
