The thing about the Taco I appreciate as much or more than any other aspect - its got a climber tribe vibe. Oh sure its got its typical family in-fighting, etc. But when someone goes ill or gets hurt or worse, the tribe rallies. I've seen it over and over, a focal point, a gathering point, a way for old friends to connect.

Please note that Taco Praise is not SP denigration. SP is a very nice place these days.

I love that scene when the man rises from the bench, not believing him, and he picks up the magazine and shows it to the woman.

Me, I was mainly pondering about a thread in New, or maybe it was General. In that thread, members are appreciative of a troll, and lamenting it was deleted. A troll that wants this site nothing good. Its main purpose is to disturb the site and attack some of the elves.
Sometimes I do wonder about people's intelligence.
The elves put in work in their free time, to maintain a site to the benefit of all members, and then a group of members supports a troll whose purpose is to create havoc at one own's site. To me it's odd to be a member of something one wants to see undone.
Well, maybe that is nice.

Lots of great climbers chime in along with the rest of the rest. There is some really great stuff about climbing on there, Boats of info if you wanta dig for em. You could learn alot about climbing history and fiction on supertaco.

Theres things on there that I wish were on here, but never are.
Example-Theres a thread about the Lasso and Tyrolean on Sun Ribbon Temple Crag I just saw. Why no really cool climbing threads like this? Maybe I need to start one...

Or...interesting Historical climbing stuff. 1977 Yosemite Plane Crash. say no more

I like SP the most of all climbing sites, thats why I try to only post here. Plus It would take forever to post all my submissions here on like 3 other websites. Screw that noise

But theres stuff on the taco thats priceless, in more ways than one
