Since a lot of beginners are visiting this page I consider making a page to train to run 5k and 10k. Just to give them advice on training if they ask for it.
A lot of beginner hikers have also no experience in running but we always advice them to run as a training and they never know how to properly train for it.
Would it be interesting in creating such pages? 0 to 5k and 5k to 10k running.
10k gives them a strenous exercise for more than an hour ...
I don't mind giving running advice in general either but I think most forum users know it, just the "newbies" have no idea where to start.
It would also be nice if more people started making training pages. I think this is the biggest concern for most new hikers/climbers ... Anyone interested in joining the training page creating? For gym, rock climbing, ... Whatever it takes... Would be nice to have a proper training place on this site
