Hi there,

In February I've posted an expedition dedicated to SP members (see the link: http://www.summitpost.org/plans/view_ac ... st_id=8047).
It wants to be an opportunity for the SP members to walk the most challenging route in Romanian Carpathians - ridge line of Fagaras Mountains (known as Transylvanian Alps).
Please feel free to tell me your opinions about this and to ask me any question.
You can find a detailed description of the route here: http://www.mountainleader.ro/FagarasRidge.html

Salut Florin!

For a moment I was thinking that you want the traverse from Herculane to Bucegi that is one of my idea and sure I could be interested in this.

Maybe I will be interested in this too in case I have free time then :D. Or you could make it like a SP meeting in Fagaras :D !

Cheers, Andreea

Hello Andreea,
It was great to find your reply. The plan could be considered as a SP meeting in Fagaras Mountains (who knows? maybe it is the first one in Romania...).
The traverse that you mentioned (from Herculane to Bucegi Mountains) is a really tough one; even the traverse of Fagaras Mountains is a challenge for many people testing their physical and mental limits.
If you decide to join the group just contact me. :D
