5 Killed in sudden explosion of Mayon Volcano, Phillipines

Mayon volcano is an active volcano in the Philippines, known for its perfect cone. Despite being one of the most active volcano, it is often being climbed by adventurers.
7 may 2013, a sudden eruption killed 5 climbers (various sources claimed different nationals being killed, although it is comfirmed that at lest 2 german, a local philipino guide and 2 other people were killed)

Someone i knew with his group happen to be climbing Mayon as well when eruption happens, which also happend to be their summit day.
The group of 6, including a local guide were forced to run down the 40-50 degree rocky slope for their lives. In the event, 4 of them injured, one of them a thai national, was in bad condition and unable to continue. The group reached the based camp, and a rescue team was send. The thai national was found at 1872m above sea level, dehydrated, broken right arm and burnt marks on his neck, alive and in stable condition.
