yatsek wrote:Well, I happen to know an environmental engineer who – without much difficulty :) - can have the Danube flow south from somewhere near Linz across those hills  west of the Carpathians, directly to the Adriatic. What's more, I can think of at least one reason why he could be interested. :D

I don't get it :
- Why ? To make a more evident border with Central/Eastern Europe ?
- How ? How to make the Danube climb the hilly pass that separates Lubljana and the bay of Koper ? (let's say the hills between the Alps-Alps and the Dinaric Alps)
A French solution : :)

Just to get better access to the beautiful mountains of Slovenia and Eastern Austria, which are - fortunately - ignored by the crowds heading for Mt Blanc anyway; not to mention capturing Borut.

Thanks :!: I knew some engineer would be willing to help. :D

But who knows?

No doubt this King and that Knight are related, not to mention this Character. :D

There's one more hut and something a bit bigger, like a snow castle (see 5th comment)

These - without doubt - great mountains rise a bit west of Central Europe, which surely is a shame.

However they form the Westernmost end of the Carpathian arc, isn't it ? (furthermore their continuity even more West is in an area called "Galicia" :) )
