Not one tiny post????
No friendly European beta?
How about a trade for some secret routes in Joshua Tree?

I have never used a guide, but have a course coming up with these guys, I think they also do guiding also, so maybe check them out.

You could look at the Zinalrothorn page on SP, read A Hard Day on the Zinalrothorn and get some ideas. I noticed that some of the guides are on facebook.

Swifty,
So did you have a good climb?

I'm sorry I did not see your post earlier as I am on the board of SMGA and live most of the time in Grindelwald.

When I was looking for a guide for a group of Boy Scouts on Wildstrubel (Switzerland), Gordon Janow with Alpine Ascents recommended I reach out to Alan Kimber with West Coast Mountain Guides in Scotland. Alan provided a pair of guides (British and Scottish) that performed brilliantly in the face of some challenging group dynamics. I highly recommend these folks.
