I was in estes park this past weekend, it was very dry and warm temps.
It was amazing to see such little snow being that I live in Denver and we got lots of snow

I'm not an ice climber so have no idea what it might be like in November, but there is some ice at around the mile 70 marker in the Big Thompson Canyon, 30-40 minutes from Fort Collins.

Big Thompson Canyon is an option, but usually doesn't come in until later. You can get a slight gauge from seeing how the river is formimg. Other wise RMNP is probably your best bet. I haven't been up there recently but would imagine there's snow melting and freezing. Good luck.
