Hello all. If you like to ski the public access Jenny Creek and Guinn Mtn. trails behind Eldora ski area, or you enjoy tree cutting, or just want something better than Black Friday "shopping", then come out tomorrow and help clear the trails of many fallen trees from recent wind storms.

Trail will be snowy. Bring X/C skis or snowshoes, brush saw if you have one, good gloves. Also bring normal stuff for winter day trip, water, lunch, etc. Also first aid kit in case someone slices off a hand or something. It was reported that some of the down trees are large, so we could use an extra large blade if someone has one. Chain saws are allowed if you really want to haul one in.

Disclaimer: This is a private enterprise, just me and my friend Liam, hoping for a few more. We are not connected with the ski area or the Forest Service. Participate at your own risk. Yes, this will be a bit dangerous and strenuous too.

Contact me at 303-499-7466 if interested, or send e-mail via summit post link, or just show up on the trail, if you know how to get there. I am planning to get to the trail head at about 9:30 am. No fixed schedule, just come or leave any time you like. I can arrange car pooling from Boulder if there is interest.

Also leave message if you want to be notified of another possible work trip in the future. I do not think we will get all the trees in one day. Thanks for helping.
