Why must we use the word "Old" on summitpost? Wouldn't "classic" or "retro" be a bit more
politically correct ???

Actually, I love California! I could never get enough of it when I was there.

We have good resources and good weather so we can get out more.

When I lived in Portland and N. Idaho I was trapped inside like a caged animal on many weekends due to shit weather. Almost never happens in LA.

Apparently, you haven't been to ID/MT/WY.

Key word is haven't been there yet. Only Snowy Range and Sierra Madres in WY so far. I've read Turiano's and Lopez's book cover to cover. Crazy approaches out there too. One of these days...
