My first time in 4 years, skiing isn't quite like riding a bike. In fact not close, I have a lot more days of skiing ahead of me to get back where I was. But it snowed yesterday and last night and today we had about 16 inches of frech, dry powder. Great day, skied with my 13 year old daughter and 14 year old son. ANYBODY ELSE ON THE SLOPES? Oh, I must admit we skied Northstar, still nice

Today was awesome on the slopes, way better than I expected. Not very many folks out there either, had freshies until I left, and there were still more to get.

24+inches fresh Spring powder at Sugar Bowl yesterday ! Untracked open and tree runs all day . Some wind on Lincoln. Super-Seventy lift tickets $5 ! I haven't paid that little since 1960 and it has been worth waiting for.

One of the best days I've had in the "Chutes" at Rose yesterday! DEEP and FLUFFY! Can't believe my eyes when I look at the calendar. Backcountry should be killer as well - can't wait

Pretty late in the season for such a cold storm isn't it? Makes for great powder though!
