Miserable today here in Bridgeport. Cold with lots of wind and snow/rain higher up. I was planning on going for a peak tomorrow but looks like I'll have to call it off. Very glad I'm not in the backcountry tonight, looks to be awful.

Climbed Mt. Gould yesterday from Kearsarge Pass... Great weather in the valley, finally a little cooler after that heat wave, but absolutely frigid and very windy up high. Bring a windbreaker and gloves 8)

My water tube froze-up climbing Starlight on Saturday. And I got caught in snow shower at the South Lake trailhead around 3 pm Sunday. Maybe it's not so weird that it snows in the summer, but pretty weird when it snows at 10k. Generally froze my a$$ off all weekend.

On Saturday we had freeeezing cold wind and a light dusting of snow on Humphreys, clouds all around us. Was on the summit just long enough to get a pic of ourselves, and sign the register didnt even get to enjoy the view. :(

Sunday morning we woke to the sound of snow but actually cleared up to be a perfect day for hiking out
