Yup!

Them "Low Snowpack Years" will do that to ya each and every time.

The photo below was taken in late June of 2007. A year where less than 200" total snow fell on the Eastside Sierra per LADWP:

Just goes to show ya that different locations in the SIerra will indeed have different "snowpack" conditions and that one should always be prepared for them.
