Is this a Harrison map by chance?

I think you are right. It's probably a Tom Harrison map #6? (North Lake/South Lake) from the John Muir Trial map package.

FWIW,

Tom Harrison maps are probably the best hard copy topo maps of the High Sierra you can use. Wilderness Press maps are probably a good runner up. Others may have a different opinion.

No, it's not a Harrison map, although it's similar. You can get that area and more on their "Bishop Pass North Lake South Lake Loop" trail map.

I think it's MyTopo / Terrain Navigator. The way the relief shading extends onto South Lake looks like something I've seen on their maps. But I'll agree that if you want to buy a large format, waterproof/tearproof map of the area, Tom Harrison is the way to go. Avoid Nat Geo Trails Illustrated maps like the plague. Among other annoyances, they like marking forest and wilderness boundaries with big thick lines - totally obscuring summits and important off-trail passes.

If you don't want a big/durable map, you can also just print a couple pages from caltopo.

This section of map corresponds to the Mount Thompson 7.5 Minute Series USGS Topographic Map.
The dotted red line shows the ascent from South Lake to Bishop Pass, one of the most popular passes in the high sierra. The pass is the entry to King's Canyon National Park,...and, is often used by backpackers when looping through Evolution Valley.
