Recent U and V notch conditions - end of July

We are planning a trip to the Palisades (including U/V notch) around 26th July and wanted to check if anyone visited that area this month. I read a previous post from May, but wanted to check if there has been any recent trips and how the conditions will last until our trip.

3Desert thanks for the update. So basically V notch is still doable in comparison to U notch, only if our mind is really set for the notches. Disappointing

3Deserts thanks for your posts - I think we will have to bail on U-Notch and V-Notch and look for other objectives in the palisades - may be do the north arete on N Palisade and then traverse over.
If you have some pictures from your recent trip, can you please share.
