4.3 earthquake in IL
Posted: Wed Feb 10, 2010 8:31 pmA 4.3 earthquake shook the northwestern suburbs of Chicago this morning at about 4am, not far from where I live. I didn't feel it but my pet birds woke me up in a panic.

Posted: Wed Feb 10, 2010 11:25 pmI lived in the SF Bay Area for 10 years and experienced quite a few tremblers while I was out there, including the Loma Prieta earthquake. I don't think my neighbors are too used to these things though. Fortunately, they're pretty small round these parts.
