They are calling for up to a foot of snow in my area, west metro of the twin cities. Should start tonight and snow all day Sat. We've had a really warm fall so far. I mean we hit 60 four days in a row this week which is pretty warm for Minneapolis in Nov. Bring it on, I'm ready.

It would be great to see upwards of a foot, sadly they arent calling for much for us in the east metro :( It has looked so damn depressing around home lately, everything is just brown or an off-brownish yellow.
WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!! love the winter time :D

Chicago was mostly spared by the previous storms that hit MN, WI, IN and MI, but it looks like that's going to change this week. They're predicting up to 30" of snow here!

I don't think we'll get 30" of snow but the snow drifts will be very large

Yep. The initial predictions have been revised. Still, they're predicting 20-22" of snow which would put this storm in the top 3 of all time for Chicago.
