PMI Tuff Cord

Anyone ever use this stuff? I'm thinking about getting some to use as a retrieval line for rappelling, as being extremely stiff would be a benefit for that use. I was going to get PMI 7mm cord because I bought some and it was junk for prusiks (too stiff), but if this stuff is way stiffer, it might be worth the added cost. Extra durability is always a plus in this application as well.
