elongation factor for tubular webbing

I'd like a pointer to some specs on climb-spec tubular webbing.
Specifically, I'd like to know the elongation factor at (say)
10% of the breaking strength
100% of the breaking strength.
That is, the fraction the webbing stretches (from the initial length) at the specified conditions. I'm not sure if this is the proper term, but I think I can get what I want from any data on stretch under force.
