Hi all,

I'm taking a mountaineering course this summer and D-type boots are required. I plan on renting them on location. Not optimal but frankly I don't have the cash for new D-type boots.

Now, I do have Grivel Airtechs with a new classic (the classic strapon) binding that I used on previous trips, in combination with B/C boots.

Question is; will those Airtechs with the new classic binding fit most D-type boots?

My Grivel G-12's with the new classic (all strap) binding fit my Koflach Arctis Expe's just fine. I have also used them on Sacrpa Invernos without a problem.
