Lightweight tent for 4 people

I am looking for a lightweight tent for 4 (perhaps an oxymoron?) to take on backpacking trips.
I would like it to be around 350 dollars or less.
It merely needs to be 3-season tent, since I don't plan on camping in the winters.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

REI Halfdome 4 is around 7.5lbs and can easily be weight distributed between 4 people. Or have 2 ppl split the tent and the other 2 split food or something else.

The Kelty Salida 4 is about a half a pound lighter and cheaper.

If you're willing to spend more you can save between 1-1.5lbs with the Big Agnes Copper Spur UL4 which comes in at around 5.75lbs.

Thanks for the responses. Kelty Salida 4 looks to fit the bill well. I am still open to other suggestions.

Pyramid tent.

Black Diamond Guiding Light (discontinued, but you can occasionally find old stock for sale on various internet stores.)
