Howdy,

I'm meeting up with a friend in Canada, starting March 1st, to ice climb. Along the way, I'd love to stop in Bozeman & do some climbing there! If you're interested, gimme a shout. I'm fine with approaches (have skis, probe, beacon, ..., if nec.). Would love to lead WI3s, maybe some WI4s. Fine following harder. Mixed would be fun too! I've got all the necessary gear (tools, screws, ropes, rock gear if nec.). If you have the guidebook, great! I was considering getting one, if not.

Also, if anyone could recommend places to stay, I'd greatly appreciate it! Either with you (can supply beer or dinner as compensation)- I'm a conscientious guest, keep my space clean, gracious, won't keep you up, but can be fun to hang out with- or some other place, the cheaper the better. If someone could put me up for a few days, I could find somewhere else for the remainder of the time as well. Currently exploring couchsurfing, but having some computer issues...

Could be there as soon as Mon or Tue, but could arrive later too (am currently in Utah- there's some climbing here as well :) ).

Let me know, & a great & safe remainder of the winter climbing season to everybody! -Dirk
