The way I see it is that anybody who publically announces his or her departure and not follow through with it reeks with low self-esteem and is basically seeking sympathy, a collective group hug, or just re-affirmation of his or her value for this site. However, it's quite pathetic if you think that you want all that from essentially anonymous online personas.

If you don't like it ---- go

If you decide to stay ---- stop complaining and contribute

Otherwise you're not one iota different that the ones you despise. And SP will go on with or without you, it won't even flicker. Which is true for everybody btw.

I guess I have missed a lot. I never followed PnP; I knew tazz only from the general forums, where she contributed useful info, and seemed pretty level-headed. But that was so long ago.

Agree Hotoven. Was thinking the same thing last night, that Tazz's avatar was not the only strange member, aqua included. I would think aqua is some troll who has been here before.

tazz, take a step back and look at yourself. Your recent activity has made you look foolish (at best) even to those who once supported you and thought you a reasonable person. You keep announcing you will delete yourself but log in everyday to see what is happening, continue going on periodic rants and tirades, and now creating fake (and obvious) login IDs.

Your latest actions are self-destructive, not even something the “good folks” of this site that you keep talking about would encourage or even tolerate.

It is just sad at this point.
