Anyone have any experiance witha grade 4 shoulder seperation?
Gravity still works, I had a collision with earth.
The treatments range tremendously. Screws, Dacron tie down, Tendons used as a tie down, Cadaver parts.
I Would like to know what works best.

8 weeks out... Full range of motion, just hitting the gym. My experiance so far... Braces a waste of time they do nothing. Doctors a waste of time they can not do anything for you. Surgery " its just for looks and not function"

So no surgery, braces or drugs, just a ice pack for the first 2 weeks. Allmost normal with a few weak areas.

My advice for anyone with a full shoulder seperation.. ICE and don't stop moveing. its worked for me.
