I'll admit, I'm a wilderness/mountain medicine geek. I've only taken 300 hours of backcountry medicine training in the last year or so :P

From WFA to WFR to WEMT, altitude illnesses and acclimatization have always interested me. Throw into that mix the fact that I'm a licensed pilot (haven't flow for about 9 years, though) and I've been up to 10-11,000' in unpressurized aircraft before, I've learned a bit about hypoxia over the years.
