dislocated elbow help
Posted: Tue Jul 17, 2012 9:41 pmi dislocated my left elbow 3 weeks ago in a rugby match. it was a complete dislocation. i have just had my cast taken off and i felt the elbow and around the joint, it seems that my skin has tightened up around the elbow and my fore arm. it may be the muscles or nerves instead. could someone please tell me what it is? and how long it will take to go, thank you!
