Folks: I'll be climbing Hood the wknd of June 10th (coincidentally, the annual State Highpointers convention is at Timberline lodge at the foot of Hood that wknd)

As I recall, I was wearing a tie when I visited Ebright Azimuth. Don't be deceived though. It's a dangerous highpoint, for sure. You really have to watch for traffic in both directions on that road. :)

I've done all of the western highpoints except for Denali and Granite. Anyone want to bust them out? :D

That is tricky. Several state parks I can think of but the only National Parks coming to mind is Denali and Cling man's Dome

Very good! You got 5 right. Mauna Kea is the HP for Hawaii, not Mauna Loa. Maunka Kea is a state park, not a NP.

Congratulations George. I wish my wife and I could have worked out a way to join you in Hawaii. Any plans to attend the Highpointers Konvention in Oregon this summer? We will be spending a week out there climbing and mingling with other Highpointers.
