Tiger stands to lose a lot more than $20M from the loss of endorsements if he can't find a way to salvage his squeaky clean reputation. I'm sure he's hired a damage control expert by now who has likely told him that his wife's forgiveness would help his public image and perception. (Whatever happened must not have been that bad if his wife forgives him...)

I have taken it upon myself to do small amount of editing re the above, so as to bring out more clearly the specific issue I now wish to address. I did consider leaving the original post intact and highlighting the sentence that to me is the crux of the thing. But I felt that this would lead to an unnecessarily long winded and therefore less easy to understand reply. So I went for the edit instead. I will check though once I have made this post and then decide if I have taken the right course of action, or whether use of bold could have been better. I don't think editing the post and using bold would have added anything to this. I could of course ask truchas who made the original post what his preferred option is, we do live in a democratic society after all. But by the time he reads this he would have first been standing in the corner and then having to try and eat British food, (yuk!), so I doubt he will be in the right frame of mind to give a coherent answer.

On reflection being forced to eat British food for a whole week is most certainly a "cruel and unusual" punishment.
Commuted to three meals of British food, to be eaten over an elapsed time of one month. That will give truchas plenty of time to fill up on raw steak and hamburgers in between.

Actually, I think most of us get tested, since one survey claimed that 60 percent of men that were married more than some length of time (don't remember the exact number of years) were unfaithful. Same survey claimed a 50 percent rate for married women, so apparently they are about as weak. No matter what we have, we always want more. Some of us resist temptation, some don't, some try to and fail.

Tiger's woes continue...
An ambulance responded early Tuesday (this morning) to a call for medical assistance from the Florida home of Tiger Woods, US media reported.
Local television in the Orlando, Florida area where Woods resides said a call for an ambulance was received from the Woods home at 2:36 am (0736 GMT).
News footage showed an unidentified blonde woman arriving at an area hospital on a gurney reportedly from the Woods home.
