I can't answer your question specifically, but there are a number of web resources that will allow you to make sure you have the trails on your map. gpsfilesdepot.com may offer a map set (free, possibly) that includes the information you need. Failing that, everytrail.com will likely have a .gpx tracklog you can download and then copy to your GPS, showing the trail(s) of interest. This will be user-submitted data so ymmv.
