I liked the Eiger Sanction.. sort of a James Bond type climbing movie with Clint Eastwood. The part where he trains in Utah & climbs some tower is really inspiring.. I want to go there!

I saw a movie about the Marolt brothers of Aspen skiing down Everest & other 8000m mts.. very inspiring again!

Then of course, for "bad" climbing movie, there is Vertical Limit.. I still chuckle when they're running at 7500m lol

I liked the ONE where a much younger Clint talked to the trees, for crying out loud ...

Skiing Everest, watched last night and is very good. They show these guys skiing and climbing several Himalayan peaks as well as in the Andes, Alaska, etc. Good stuff, Comcast has it "On Demand", it's really a documentary than a movie.
